Description

A&F Chambers are currently recruiting for an Accounts / Payroll Clerk to join our client in Hockley, Essex.

You will already have experience working within a busy accounts department. More responsibility available in the future.

Interviews and start date available immediately.

Duties would be as follows:

  • Weekly and monthly payroll preparation and completion
  • Process monthly PAYE
  • Processing timesheets
  • Calculating any deductions from pay
  • Processing / sending invoices
  • Assist with month end
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit card transactions
  • Processing expenses
  • Cash allocations
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Deal with any other adhoc requests / queries

Person Specification:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Solid team working skills
  • Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to work to deadlines

Details:

  • Salary dependent on experience
  • Monday to Friday | 37.5 hrs a week
  • Full time, permanent role
  • Free parking
  • Pension scheme
